Return & Exchange
Our Exchange/Return policy is subject to the following:
- We do not accept any cancellation policy, once the order is placed and confirmed, hence it will not be cancelled.
- Incase, if there is any size issue after the product is received by the customer, they can get it exchanged within 7 days from the date of the issue being raised. The return of the product and redelivery back to the customer will be borne by us.
- If there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order (not from the sale section), then at our sole discretion, sold goods may be exchanged for store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
- In any case, if the order arrives damaged, they should email us on firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
- All custom made orders are non-returnable/exchangeable
